Dave Inche was working in the newest emulsion paint company on the market, Painter-Boja, when a terrible disaster happened, a chemical element tumbled out of their hands and dripped a single drop of arsenic into the brewing paint. Dave Inche didn't think anything of it until people began to turn into adorable monsters called 'Huemens'. He must now work on a solution to solve what has started off as a minor incident, using his paintbrush and various paints to cure the town from the virus.
