FEIT Prototype Exhibition - Spring 2021

The Faculty of Engineering and IT Prototype Exhibition is an exhibition of student prototypes that is hosted each year at the Faculty. This event aims at celebrating students' successes and recognising outstanding work. This exhibition compiles the best student prototypes from all the project-based subjects in our faculty.

In light of not being able to organise our usual large in-person showcase at the moment, we will instead host this event online using GatherTown. A video chat platform designed to make virtual interactions more human.

The event will exhibit 40+ exceptional student prototypes ranging from video games, interactive media applications, robotics, software solutions, and more!

Prototypes will be selected from top-rated projects from the following subjects:

  • Advanced Internet Programming
  • Prototyping Physical interaction
  • Software Development Studio
  • Game Design Studio 2
  • Introduction to Computer Game Programming
  • Mechanical and Mechatronic Design
  • Human-Centred Design Methods
  • Games and Graphics Project
  • Interactive Media
  • Interaction Design Studio
  • Fundamentals of Interaction Design, and more!
