The entire Twin Peaks saga is available on Blu-ray for only $53 at Amazon. Twin Peaks: From Z to A, a repackaged edition of a popular and previously sold-out box set, launched in February with a $70 list price. Amazon's $53 deal is the best we've seen since preorders for this comprehensive Twin Peaks box set opened last December.

Twin Peaks is one of the most memorable TV series of all time. Created by the late David Lynch, who died earlier this year, Twin Peaks was a hit in both the early '90s and in 2017 when Showtime revived the groundbreaking series for a third season.

There has yet to be an official announcement for an Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag remake, but the biggest hint of its existence may have been leaked on a Pure Arts livestream.

As reported by Insider Gaming, the stream happened back in March when the merchandising company revealed new ⅛ scale statues of characters from the Assassin's Creed series, though fans soon pointed out the absence of Edward Kenway from Black Flag.

At this, there appeared to be confusion as one of the hosts replied, "Assassin’s Creed fans out there, you should be aware that there is something going on with Edward [Keyway],” only for the other host to interrupt and ask, "Wait, has that been announced?"

After Five Nights At Freddy's proved to be a hit in 2023, it didn't take Universal and Blumhouse long to put together Five Nights At Freddy's 2. The upcoming sequel is still half a year away, but a new teaser pic for the film is both creepy and unsettling.

In an image shared across FNAF's social media accounts, a close-up of Faztalker, asks a simple question: "You there?" What it doesn't answer is who's sending the message and why.

Dear Villagers is having a publisher sale on Steam. Most of its games (Big Helmet Heroes, The Forgotten City, Gravity Circuit, etc.) are currently being offered at a discounted price. One particular game, however, is being offered for free. For a limited time, players can claim Hellslave on Steam and keep it forever. No strings attached.

Developed by Ars Goetia and released back in 2022, Hellslave is a dark fantasy dungeon crawler that tasks players with saving humanity via a deal with the devil. By using the power granted from worshipping one of six demons, they'll need to subdue the forces of hell. Varying skill trees, turn-based combat, a large post-apocalyptic world map to explore--the game seemingly has all the makings of an interesting RPG. And thanks to this Dear Villagers promotion, it’ll be available for free until June 16.

Steam is known for its seasonal and publisher-based sales. What it isn’t known for, at least not to the extent of competing platforms, is free games. So, it’s nice to see a game being offered in this fashion, especially since Ars Goetia announced that Hellslave 2 is coming in 2026; what better way to check out the original Hellslave ahead of its sequel?

A Helldivers 2 fan has gone above and beyond to honor Super Earth, constructing a Lego Super Destroyer so impressive it would bring a tear to the eye of democracy herself.

While Helldivers 2 players were prepping to defend Super Earth from a full-on Illuminate invasion, creator ruralbricks on Instagram was building their own Lego Super Destroyer. In a post on the Helldivers subreddit, ruralbricks broke down the stats behind the build, which they said took five months of work.

The Lego Super Destroyer is roughly 1:150 scale compared to the ones players command in Helldivers 2, but that doesn't mean the creation is small. It's over 4.5 feet in length, weighs 28 pounds, and consists of over 10,000 individual pieces. The build can even be broken down into five separate components for transport.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be one of the most technically demanding releases on the Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches on June 5. But according to CD Projekt Red's VP of Technology Charles Tremblay, bringing the game to the new console wasn't actually as much of a challenge as anticipated.

In an IGN interview, Tremblay discussed porting the ambitious open-world RPG, which began back in the summer of 2023 with a top-secret meeting with Nintendo to discuss its new console. At the early stages, he said a key aim was to "try to figure out if [running Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2 is] even possible."

The article notes that an initial struggle was that the Switch 2 has fewer computational cores available than even the last-gen consoles Cyberpunk 2077 had been developed for. But Nintendo's console also benefits from more RAM, as well as modern technologies including Nvidia's DLSS system, and faster read and write speeds with both its bespoke cartridges and the use of new microSD Express cards. When speaking of last-gen console limitations, Tremblay said, "The most difficult problem was the mechanical hard drive, which is one of the things that’s very important not to have.”

Players are currently putting the upcoming Diablo 4 Season 9 through its paces on the game's test server, and they've discovered a new combination of seasonal powers that will make it so every class can teleport a near-infinite amount of times.

Diablo 4 Season 9, Sins of the Horadrim, will let players craft their own spells by combining components like Catalysts, Infusions, and Arcana together. One such spell essentially teleports players to nearby enemies. While that doesn't sound too overpowered on the surface, it's actually a game-changer.

Using Propulsion as a Catalyst, which generates a large area-of-effect blast, players can then combine it with the Floaty Bobble Arcana to add a teleport effect. Finally, adding in the Bloody Charm Arcana makes it so enemies with less than 20% life hit by the blast are executed and reset the ability.

We're in the final week of Fortnite's Star Wars season, and there's been almost no official word about what's coming up next. It's not hard to understand why. Star Wars season is a huge collaboration with Disney that is going to end with a big live event--the hype train is all about that right now, not getting you excited for happens after it ends. But even while Epic is mostly staying mum, we do know a few things. Not a lot, but not nothing.

That said, we've still got a lot more questions (about 7,000) than we do answers (about 1) regarding what's in store for the Fortnite island once all these Star Wars people leave, but let's go through the rumors and guesswork we've got so far.

With Summer Game Fest coming at the end of the week, the deluge of video game news that accompanies the annual event is set to begin soon. IO Interactive has kicked things off with the news that Project 007--the studio's new adventure starring famous spy James Bond--will officially be known as 007: First Light, and the game is set to be revealed later this week.

007: First Light is a "wholly original Bond origin story" according to the game's official website, that will let players "step into the shoes of the world's favorite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status." No other new information about First Light was shared, including which platforms it will appear on--the only known platform so far is Nintendo Switch 2, after a brief teaser appeared during the Switch 2 Direct in April.

Previously, IO Interactive CEO Hakan Abrak mentioned that First Light will be "the start of a new trilogy" focused on James Bond, and that IO's version of Bond will not be based on any other version of the character. "What's exciting about that project is that we actually got to do an original story," Abrak said, "so it's not a gamification of a movie. It's completely beginning and becoming a story, hopefully for a big trilogy out there in the future."

Madden NFL 26 is coming soon. Like clockwork, it arrives every August, just before the league itself dives headfirst into a new season. This fall, it'll be the Philadelphia Eagles defending their championship for the second time since 2018, and to perhaps no one's surprise, their star running back, Saquon Barkley, will grace the cover of Madden NFL 26, for both the game's standard and Ultimate editions.

Barkley's pose on the standard cover is a re-enactment of his famous backward-hurdle move he performed during last season. The dazzling display was quickly brought to life inside Madden 25, and will, of course, return for Madden 26. On the Ultimate Edition cover, a close-up of the Eagles star can be seen.

Last season, Saquon Barkley became the ninth player in NFL history to rush for 2,000 or more yards, and the first since Derrick Henry did so in 2020. He also notched 13 rushing touchdowns and added 33 catches. He was virtually unstoppable for most of the season, and though he had a quiet game in the Super Bowl, it didn't prove to matter as the Eagles breezily handled the Chiefs for the franchise's second-ever league championship.

The Witcher 4 may still be years away from releasing, but developer CD Projekt Red might have new information to share about the game as soon as June 3.

The developer has confirmed it's attending Epic's upcoming State of Unreal event on June 3. The developer said it will showcase "some of the innovative technology & features that will power The Witcher 4, and beyond."

The State of Unreal event takes place on June 3 as part of the Unreal Fest. The event begins at 6:30 AM PT / 9:30 AM ET and will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch. It's not immediately clear when, however, The Witcher 4 may show up.

On the frontlines, the pawns are presented as gold coins for the Mushroom Kingdom side, while Bowser's disposable units are all Koopa shells. The nice thing about this set is that it comes with a compact case, so you can easily take it on the road with you or store it when it's not in use.

The Witcher developer CD Projekt Red has discussed what it's learned throughout decades of development, and one of the key takeaways is that the studio should focus on what it's best at instead of trying too many different things.

"We've learned that we have to be razor-sharp focused," chairman Marcin Iwinski said on the AnsweRed podcast, as reported by IGN. "We cannot do so many things we would love to do--we are tempted to do. We tried and it didn't work out. We have to focus on what we are good at, and really put 100% into it."

Joint-CEO Adam Badowski added, "We're gonna develop AAA RPG, open-world narrative-driven games and this is our, let's say, niche. So the focus is there."

Nintendo has detailed the additional parental controls that will be available on Switch 2. With the Switch Parental Controls app, you will have options about how your kid(s)--16 years old and younger--interact with other people on GameChat, the new social hub for the upcoming system.

On Nintendo's website, the company states that you can permit or block who your children chat with online; enable or disable video capabilities; and access a history of GameChat sessions. The history information seems to go pretty in-depth, providing how long your kid has played with a friend and even what the camera's field of view was during video-chatting.

Switch 2 GameChat also requires a phone number for security purposes, with text-message verification needed before chatting online with people. This serves as another buffer, too, against children finding their way on the social hub. There is also a toggle to turn on Switch 2 system lock. This means a PIN is required to unlock the system from sleep mode.

While recent Wizards Of The Coast news has been dominated by the upcoming Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy expansion, the firm's other juggernaut franchise, Dungeons & Dragons, is also making waves. Today, WOTC has announced a publishing deal with Giant Skull--a new development studio founded by Respawn and Sony Santa Monica alumnus Stig Asmussen--for a new video game set in the famous tabletop RPG's universe.

The new D&D game will be a "single-player action-adventure title set in the world of Dungeons & Dragons" and developed using Unreal Engine 5, according to the official announcement. The project will be developed for both "consoles and PC," though no specific platforms have been confirmed as of this writing.

Giant Skull was first founded in September 2023 by Stig Asmussen, a longtime game developer whose portfolio includes the original God of War trilogy--on which he served as creative director for God of War 3--and most recently the Star Wars Jedi games at Respawn Entertainment. This Dungeons & Dragons game will be the first project developed by Giant Skull.

After years of rumors and speculation, players will finally get their hands on Nintendo's Switch 2 later this week. While fans are understandably eager to start playing the new console, Nintendo is issuing a very strong recommendation that players should leave the protective film in place over Switch 2's portable screen.

Nintendo has released the Switch 2 instruction guide online, via Nintendo Soup. As explained in the text, "the screen is covered with a film layer designed to prevent fragments scattering in the event of damage." The note goes on to tell players that they shouldn't peel off the film.

Considering the Switch 2 is a long-term investment for players, they should take that advice to heart. There are also a lot of Switch 2 accessories, including screen protectors that can reduce the likelihood of damage from drops or scratches better than the protective film Nintendo already uses. But players will have to decide how much they're willing to spend to do so.

Previously a PS5 exclusive, Stellar Blade arrives on PC later this month, and to whet your appetite, developer Shift Up has released a demo on Steam.

Players can get a taste of the game's stylish combat from the beginning, with the ability to carry over save data from the demo to the full game when it launches on June 11.

The Steam demo went live on May 30, and user reviews are already "very positive," with many praising its optimization. Steam Deck tests have also been shared online, and they're largely positive. This is of course just a test of the demo rather than the final product, but it seems the demo is taking full advantage of PC features previously revealed with the game's PC tech specs, including NVIDIA DLSS 4 AI-powered graphics and ultrawide monitor support.

Death Stranding had no shortage of weapons, and for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, it looks like protagonist Sam Porter Bridges will be able to wield an axe in combat. Not the medieval kind, mind you, but possibly the ludicrous electric guitar utilized by the returning villain Higgs.

In a new ESRB listing for the sequel, the site lists the "battle guitar" as one of the tools that players will have, alongside various firearms. The battle guitar is described as a melee weapon, so there's no indication yet that players will be able to jam some tasty--and electrifying--licks with it, if they need to take on enemies like Mules or BTs. Is a battle guitar a better option than grenades filled with various bodily fluids when taking on stranded souls? Possibly.

Beyond that, it looks like players can also expect to play around with machine guns and sniper rifles in Death Stranding 2. Weapons were plentiful in the first Death Stranding, but players had to think carefully about what they wanted to bring along with them, as using conventional firearms on human enemies carried a major risk.

The newest patch for Elden Ring Nightreign is out now, improving the game's solo play--as promised--and adding stability improvements and bug fixes, among other things.

Patch 1.01.1 is out now on console and PC, and the full patch notes were posted on Bandai Namco's website. For the solo-play improvements, the patch adds the "Automatic Revival Upon Defeat" effect that allows players to revive once per night-time boss battle. Additionally, the number of runes players can gain in solo play has been increased to make the experience smoother for people playing alone.

GameSpot's glowing review of Nightreign acknowledged that "it never feels like it was designed to accommodate a single player." The game supports three-player co-op or solo play, but not duos. Two-player co-op was overlooked in development, but could come to the game later.
