Experience Dementia: A Virtual Reality Simulation

Overview: 

Experience Dementia, a Virtual Reality based video game that aims to communicate collected stories and recorded symptoms of Dementia through visual and audial events in gameplay. Its aim is to spread awareness and increase understanding of Dementia and how it can affect a person and its family members. By using Virtual Reality, the player gets full immersion and control in a believable environment and gives a strong impact on the player which lets them experience a new perspective. More importantly, making awareness related applications on immersive technology proves to be a useful and more fun way to learn and experience new things that the player might never get the chance to experience through their lifetime.
